Bier Snacks & Small Plates


House Roasted Beer Nuts  (V)
Mixed Nuts toasted in cardamom, coriander, and buttered blackstrap molasses.

Garlic Fries  (V)
Hand-cut Kennebec potatoes served with our in-house sage aioli and home-made curry ketchup.
(Add fried cheese curds for an extra $2)

Warm German Potato Salad  (VG, GF)
Red potatoes steeped in brown sugar, cider vinegar, cayenne, onion, and celery. 
(Add ham for $1.50)

Rye IPA Cheddar Soup
Topped with buttered brioche croutons, house-smoked Katenspek bacon, & green onions. Yum.

Beer Onion Soup (GF)
Beer-braised onions in a beef broth with toasted potato bread topped with melted gruyere.

Fondue (V)
Warm Swiss + Tillamook white cheddar sauce made with Rye IPA, served with cubed breads.
(Add sausage for $3)

Potato Cakes  (V, GF)
As you’d imagine but better. Served with house-made spiced heirloom apple sauce, honey mustard, and braised cabbage.

Dirty Fries  (V)
Garlic fries smothered in Rye IPA cheddar fondue, tomatoes, and green onions.
Fork recommended.
(Add bacon for $1)

Cucumber Salad (V) 
Sliced cucumbers topped with lemon zest, green and red onions, and drizzled with our Rye IPA-dill ranch.

House Green Salad  (VG)
Mixed greens, hops-pickled baby beets, tomato, cucumber, and topped with croutons and your choice of Rye IPA-dill ranch, cider vinaigrette or grilled lemon-thyme vinaigrette.

 Arugula Salad  (V, GF)
Poached pear, candied hazelnuts, goat cheese,
and cider-thyme vinaigrette.

Northwestern Kale Salad  (V, GF)
Toasted pepitas, grilled Washington apple, bits of carrot, maple-roasted butternut squash, and Crater Lake Blue Cheese tossed in grilled lemon-thyme vinaigrette.


Wurst’s & Sammies

All sausages served with choice of Garlic Fries, Warm German Potato Salad, or House Green Salad.
Substitute vegan sausage for any of our wurst options! Gluten-free buns available upon request.


For the Purest: All-beef hot dog in a poppy seed bun. Served with ketchup and mustard.

Weisswurst with our house-made curry ketchup and topped with a sage-aioli.

Wisconsin Style Bratwurst
Stout-caramelized onions, honey mustard, and sauerkraut.

Greener Days  (VG)
Veggie Field Roast Sausage, baby arugula, diced tomato, sautéed leeks, and basil aioli.

SPB Reuben
House roasted corned beef, sauerkraut, Tillamook white cheddar, and stout onions on dark rye.

Milwaukee Bacon Bomber
Bacon-wrapped bratwurst covered in apple-cider slaw, our house-made stout BBQ sauce, and topped with fried potato strings.

Bier sausage topped with smashed avocado, chipotle mayo, shredded Tillamook pepper jack, and a fried egg*.

Abe Froman’s Legendary
Polish sausage spun into an unauthentic “Chicago Dog.” Topped with house-made relish, hickory-bacon mustard, tomatoes, pickles, sport peppers, and celery salt.

Schnitzel Po’Boy
Choice of veal, chicken or pork. Topped with caramelized fennel, cherry tomatoes, and red pepper remoulade.

C.B.C (Cheese, Beer, Chili) 
Cider-braised pork smothered with our house-made Professional Pale Ale + bacon chili. Topped with diced red and green peppers and our house-made fondue.
