Derived from the classic farmhouse style of the Flemish area of Europe, this delicious take wouldn't disappoint as an afternoon refreshment for the farm hands of the time. This beer is simple in recipe, but bold in flavor. Fruity esters are present in the aroma and flavor that are derived from a Belgian Saison yeast. Azacca hops were used for a slight bitterness and Mt. Hood hops drive this subtle beer home.
