Brewing
  • What's the difference between a kettle sour and a traditional sour beer?

A kettle sour primarily differs from a traditional sour in that you are shortening the process of souring. The goal is to pitch your cultures in the kettle before boiling, and then to boil after, killing off the souring “bugs.” Learn about our kettle sour on our blog.

  • What the heck is a Brut IPA?

The characteristics that define the Brut IPA are an overly dry finish, a light body, a low ABV, and higher than normal carbonation levels. You can learn about our Brut IPA on our blog.

  • Where can I learn more about home brewing?

Charlie, founder and brewer, has been perfecting your syllabus and loves teaching others about home brewing. Get in touch with us to find out more about our brewing classes.
